I’ll admit it- every year around St. Patrick’s day I get excited for my yearly milkshake- all 400 calories of it. What is it about limited edition things that make us go crazy? White chocolate covered oreos have the same effect on me.
For breakfast today, my husband and I thought we’d try adding a little mint into our vanilla shakeology and enjoy a healthy, guilt free version 🙂
1 Scoop Vanilla Shakeology
1/4 tsp Mint (not peppermint) extract
1/4 tsp imitation vanilla extract
6 oz vanilla almond milk
ice to liking
(I added green food coloring because, well mint HAS to look green!)
