Well, I’ve been taking pictures of my fitness progress pretty regularly. And while I’m pretty shy and hate putting myself out there like this, I would like to share my current success (I still have a ways to go!). :big breath:
A combination of clean eating, very little meat/animal products, working out, and cutting back/cutting out alcohol have worked pretty well so far. Granted, I could be stricter and see results faster.. But I have my little sins now and again (like skipping a whole week of the gym! ouch).
So, anyways.. anything is possible! I’m not where I want to be yet, but I sure am better than I was before!
